Courses: If a user has not completed more than 25% of a course, they may request a refund by emailing [email protected] with a reason.Memberships: Users may cancel at any time, but refunds will not be issued for the remaining membership period.

4. Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

Courses offering AOTA (American Occupational Therapy Association) CEUs meet the necessary accreditation standards.It is the user's responsibility to verify CEU eligibility for their specific licensing requirements.

However, any price changes will not affect active memberships until the next renewal period. Course purchases are a one-time payment, and the price paid at the time of purchase will not change retroactively.
