NLA Community and Beyond
This is an online place where you will be part of the NLA digital community, as well as participating in a global community of people around the world who are using effective methods of setting up learning environments and working towards student success. Here we will all learn from each other. Our school is strongly focused on the use of technology for learning and for achievement. Technology, if it is widely used, can be extremely effective for learning, motivation, and achievement.

The NLA online community will be a private and secure place where we can discuss concepts relating to our school and our students.

The global online community is also a private and secure section, however, people from around the globe will be joining this specific section.
These will be active communities where we can talk specifically about what we are doing at New Leader Academy. It is an effective way of quickly communicating. The focus of this online community for NLA is specifically for the purposes of continual improvement of our program and our approach.

Our online live events are fast-moving, interactive webinars, meetings, and live sessions from classrooms around the world. These events are an exciting opportunity to learn from each other and explore innovative ideas in education. Bridgette Nicholson
Occupational Therapist / Assistive Technology Consultant / Certified Autism Spectrum Clinical Specialist (ASCS)
Bridgette Nicholson is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist and Assistive Technology Consultant with over 36 years of experience. She has worked extensively with school districts, organizations, and conferences, providing consultation, training, and presentations. Bridgette is known for her interactive, fast-paced workshops that are designed for educators, therapists, teachers, and parents. These 1 and 2-day workshops cover a wide range of topics, including evidence-based practice, research, progress monitoring, Universal Design for Learning, and powerful research-based strategies for classrooms and schools.
